CIS Database
Cypress has a comprehensive data system infrastructure that is the backbone of our support for any type of customer program. Our flexible Customer Information System (CIS) infrastructure supports our Customer Service Center (CSC) operations and offers our Customer Service Representatives an extensive database tool to track program participation, rebates, customer calls, and related program variables. Our CIS system provides an information-based management system that handles a host of tasks including:
- Enrollment
- Call logs
- Customer relationship management tools
- Data mining
- Usage information and analysis
- Demographic analysis
- Incentive (rebate) check processing
Our CIS also supports some of the more advanced, specialized management processes and includes the ability to track and register program participation and results using an online Graphical Information System (GIS) tool. In addition, our CIS supports cataloguing of manufacturer and equipment information and integration of complex payment systems to new homebuilders and financing agents. The system is fully scalable, Web-enabled, and secure to meet all information technology needs.
As company policy, Cypress does not outsource to other countries. Our Cypress Service Center and staff are located in Hemet, California.
